ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Greece who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
ENTRY PERIOD: The “MenoumeSpiti” “Contest” begins on April 13, 2020 and ends on April 30, 2020.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, you'll first need to become a registered user of www.Instagram.com or log into your Instagram account. Once you become a member and/log in, your account must be set to “public”. If you do not have an account, go to www.Instagram.com to create one. Instagram accounts are free. By submitting your information and creating a Instagram account, you agree to Instagram terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a Instagram account, or participate in this Contest. You can return your account to “private” any time after the winner announcement.
To enter: a user must respond to @PopysPopcorn by posting a photo or video about how they are spending time at home by mentioning @popyspopcorn on Instagram and tagging with #MenoumeSpiti.
Requirements:
1.Instagram privacy options on your account settings must be set to "OFF" and must remain off until the winner announcement.
2.Entry must include the required hashtag #MenoumeSpiti and you must tag @popyspopcorn on Instagram.
3.You must follow @popyspopcorn on Instagram for the duration of the Contest.
LIMITATIONS: There is no limit on entries.
PRIZE: Contest Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner: One 1 Gallon Tin of our gourmet popcorn (carmelcorn or chocolate).
The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules.
RANDOM DRAWING: On or about May 1, 2020 a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The Potential Winner will be notified on or about two (2) business days after the drawing date. Entrants must follow @popyspopcorn on Instagram in order to be notified if they are selected as a winner. Notification will occur on Instagram by either 1) Private message to the potential winner's Instagram account or 2) By reply from @popyspopcorn to the potential winner’s Instagram comment. The potential winner will be required to respond to the direction in the message within 48 hours with full contact information.
